Standard Shipping

- Shipping Fee: $8
- FREE SHIPPING: Orders of $80 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Express Shipping
- Delivery Time: 5–8 business days
- Shipping Fee: $15.00
Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
For in-stock items, please allow an additional 1–3 business days for warehouse processing.
For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated delivery date shown on the product page.
Express Shipping
Express shipping may be available for selected orders and destinations. Estimated delivery times and shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that expedited shipments may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes depending on the destination.
DUTIES & TAXES
- Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are handled according to the destination country’s regulations.

To help ensure a successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including:

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and certain remote areas may have shipping restrictions depending on the carrier and destination.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If your package is delayed, lost, marked as delivered but cannot be located, or otherwise has a delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us before your order ships. Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
SHIPPING DELAYS
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Customs clearance
- Carrier delays
- Severe weather
- Public holidays
- High-volume periods
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Tracking information may also take some time to update after your order has been shipped.
ORDER PROCESSING
Shipping times do not include order processing time.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days before being handed over to the carrier.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
You can track your order using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
If you have not received your tracking information or need assistance with your order, please contact CLAQURA Customer Service.
IMPORTANT
If you have not received your package after the estimated delivery period, or if your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.
Please include your order number and tracking information so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.
